Soccer greats hello
On November 18th , at the ARS Lac St-Louis Gala, International Cup, Kids playing for Kids have proudly announced this year's donations for the two Montreal children foundations 40,000 dollars !! A new record ! Last year was 31,000 dollars ( 30 percent increase). Including our 2011 donation, total dollars donated is 140,000 dollars.
On behalf of the ICKPK executive members and the two foundations, heartfelt THANK YOU ! Bravo
Also, ICKPK proudly announced and introduced for the first time the " Dino Madonis Trophy ". This distinguished trophy was awarded to the very deserving 15 Lac St -Louis Clubs. Congratulations and Bravo !

Subject: Close of the 2011 International Cup, Kids Playing for Kids
Dear Coach,
Our 2011 tournament benefiting the two Montreal children Hospital Foundations: Ste Justine and Montreal Children’s Hospitals came to a close on Sunday the 25th of September 2011.
We are happy to announce that our 6th Edition, notwithstanding the bad weather we faced during the month of September that caused an unprecedented number of games having to be rescheduled, was as successful as precedent editions that allowed 13 out of the 15 Lac St Louis Regional Soccer Clubs’ house league soccer players, both boys and girls, to participate in an “international” type tournament, that this unique tournament offers.
As soon as the final financial results are tabulated we will announce in our website the amount that, thanks to you, was raised this year on behalf of the two Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundations.
This would not have been possible had it not been for the tremendous support we obtained from you, your coaching staff and, of course, your players and respective parents.
Under the honorary presidency of Mr. Francis Scarpaleggia, MP for Lac St Louis and Mr. Edgar Rouleau, Mayor of the City of Dorval and 2011 host , over 90 teams in the various age groups of both genders participated in our 2011 tournament that took place between the 3rd and the 25th of September 2011.
On behalf of the ICKPK Executive Committee, the Organizing Committee, the two Montreal Children Hospital Foundations and the thousands of Lac St Louis Region children, be those healthy or in hospital beds, we would like to thank you for your invaluable support and continued trust.
We look forward to welcoming you next year when our 7th Edition will replicate the 2012 Euro-Cup jointly hosted by Poland and the Ukraine.
Together we will make a difference.

yesterday, in front of may dignitaries and spectators, we have proudly announced your team 's admirable and commendable initiative and accomplishments .
Let it be known today, Mr. Parent,because of your personal team great drive and fundraisng results, our ICKPK organizing committee will in the future, seriously pursue your fund raising example with all the participating teams .

Dear Sam,
On behalf of my team, I would like to thank you, your wife and your committee for bringing your dream of the International Cup to life.
We had a disappointing end to our house league season, as we lost in the semi-finals to a team we had previously beaten 6-0, because the field was unplayable and the game went directly to a shootout. We also lost our leading scorer for the season to a broken ankle midway through our house league playoffs.
In spite of these setbacks, the girls made the most of the opportunity provided by the International Cup and won gold! The competition was very strong and the girls surprised me and themselves by winning four close games in a row to end the tournament, including a shootout win in the quarter-finals and a thrilling overtime win in the gold medal game.
Sam, by making your dream a reality, you have made the dreams of many girls and their coaches to come true, and all this in the spirit of giving back to our community by helping the two children's hospitals. Thanks to you, our girls have learned valuable lessons and had a wonderful time.
Thank you Sam, you are an angel.

On behalf of the ICKPK organizing committee, Congratulations to all your teams reaching the Medal rounds . Bravo and Good Luck in your quest for the Ultimate prize : " 2011 World Cup Champions
All GOLD / SILVER/ BRONZE winning countries from all U12 / 14 / 16 / 18 BOYS and GIRLS : have earned the right to participate at the ICKPK PARADE OF CHAMPIONS which will be held at Sarto Desnoyers on Sunday , Sept 25th , 2011. Dignitaries , parents,relatives and friends will be on hand to greet and applause your accomplishments. World cup trophees and all Gold, Silver and bronze will be awarded by many dignitaries and special Sports guests.
The Parade will begin at 4 p.m sharp.
Please follow the Below Important Instructions.
1/ All Gold/ Silver / Bronze winners for all age categories need to arrive by 2:45 pm at Sarto Desnoyers then GO to prepare for the champions parade at the Staging area ( Baseball Diamond)
2./ All the players and coaches must be dressed with their soccer country uniforms and cleats.
3./ All parents/ relatives/ friends need to arrive and enter the parade grounds by 3:15 p.m .it is recommended to bring the following items with you.
A/ sitting chairs
B/ camera
C/ umbrella( in case of rain)
D/ everyone to attend and cheer their son or daughter's and team / country.
4/ There will be a Food concession stand outside the parade grounds for those who may wish to satisfy their hunger.
5/ There will be plenty of parking spaces to accomodate you at and or around Sarto Desnoyers Community Center
6./ All 4th place teams ( Consolation medal winners ) will receive their medals right at the end of their game.
7./ Everyone is invited to
join us to celebrate our closing ceremonies and to cheer on all our Champions and say Thank You to all the participating teams/countries,, volunteers and host City of Dorval/ aka Germany .

Your International Cup , Kids playing for Kids tournament is on the Q 92.5 FM Montreal starting Thursday , August 11th from 5:30 a.m to 7:30 pm for the next couple weeks to advertise the tournament and request Donations for the cause, the two foundations , Montreal Children’s and Sainte-Justine’s hospitals . Thank you to the Q for their sponsorship.
Starting September 3rd to Sept 25th , over 1800 players , coaches will have the privilege to participate in the International Cup, Kids playing for Kids Soccer Tournament, which , in addition to exciting Soccer games, will provide you with the opportunity to support our two hospitals for children: namely the Ste Justine Hospital and the Montreal Children's Hospital.

The International Cup Kids playing for Kids will now have another vehicle to which we can enhance/raise money and to facilitate both the public and corporate to donate money for the two foundations. As well, they will get an automatic tax receipts from the two fondations. It will be up to the donors to decide to which foundations to donate. Of course, this is over and above the money that we collected from our end.
As you all know, Q92 will be airing us for 48 / 30 seconds commercial. Of course, we will be asking the listeners to donate via our website. We have obtained from both hospital foundations a URL link in which Donors can go to : as you will see, it is now our own personalized account . As such, we had to create a secure and easier mechanism for the donors to comfy to and secure that their donations are given to the proper authorities. Anyone amount donating via our website will be included when we announce the total donations sometime in November.
At this time, I would like to Thank the team that made this possible. Ms.Patrizia Casazza Gabbay , Ms. Ms.Adeline Caron from Sainte- Justine and Ms Tatiana Aparicio from Montreal Children’s from taking this exciting initiative to enhance our Fundraising drive.! Bravo

Soccer greats hello
On behalf of the executive committee, I would like to congratulate everyone for their huge contributions for a making our 6th Edition , "ICKPK Draw of the countries" a "Splendid Success".
Our proud and elite specialty teams executed their tasks proudly,professionally and very organized matter.
Guests, coaches and VIPs were extremely impressed and enjoyed the evening.
Great thanks to the City of Dorval for their generous support and being a wonderful host.

Il me fait plaisir, au nom de la Fédération de soccer du Québec, de souhaiter la bienvenue à tous les joueurs, joueuses, entraîneurs, officiels et parents qui seront présents à l’occasion de la Coupe International, les enfants jouent pour les enfants 2011.
Depuis sa création, cet événement ne cesse de grandir en prestige, il a d’ailleurs remporté en 2007 le prix de l’événement de l’année lors du Gala de la Mi-Temps de la Fédération de soccer du Québec.
Cet événement unique en son genre qui a permis au cours des ans de remettre des sommes d’argent considérables à la cause des enfants malades, notamment à la Fondation de l’hôpital de Montréal pour les enfants et la Fondation de l’hôpital Sainte-Justine. Tout cela est possible grâce à l’implication de bénévoles chevronnés, dirigés par M. Sam Gabbay. Je profite de l’occasion pour remercier chacun et chacune d’entre vous pour votre implication et votre dévouement, car sans vous rien ne saurait possible !
En terminant, je ne voudrais pas passer sous silence l’appui indispensable des partenaires qui permettent par leur contribution d’assurer la réussite de ce prestigieux événement dont la renommée n’est plus à faire.
